The police are already going out of their way to say the shooting today wasn’t a terrorist act. What exactly are the requirements? How short is that terrorism cheat sheet that allows them to always label the numerous politically/religiously-motivated attacks ‘unterroristic’ within hours? Without a lawyer this guy by default is already doing well legally.
